Installation recommendations

Fit a clean washer onto a clean mating face and align the threaded components correctly. Tighten moderately by hand; avoid excessive tightening, which can deform the washer or damage the mating components. Replace the washer if it is damaged, deformed or no longer suitable for reuse.

Before you buy

The joint still weeps after tightening.

Do not continue tightening. Check the washer, sealing faces and thread alignment for dirt, damage or deformation. Fit a clean replacement washer if necessary and tighten the connection moderately.

Why is GST only 5% on this?

Micro-irrigation equipment is taxed at 5% GST. General pipe fittings are 18%, so an order that mixes the two shows both rates on the invoice. The price you see already contains the tax.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
