The Inline Drip pipe Aquaflow series 16 MM is an LLDPE inline drip lateral with a 1.2 MM wall thickness, 16 MM diameter and integrated emitters at 40 cm spacing. It is designed to deliver water at regular intervals along crop rows and is suitable for compatible drip irrigation systems. The approximately 300-meter coil provides a continuous lateral length for suitable field layouts.

Installation recommendations

Lay the lateral along the crop row once the mainline and submain are charged and flushed. Connect to the submain with a grommet and take-off rather than cutting into the pipe. Leave the far end open and run the system for a few minutes so grit is carried out, then close it with an end cap. Hold the line between 1 - 2 kg/cm² neutral operating guidance based on the rated pressure.

How should it be stored after the season?

Drain and flush the lateral, handle it carefully during removal, and store it in a clean, dry location away from conditions that could cause physical damage.

What should I do if some emitters discharge less water than others?

Check filtration, flushing, pressure, lateral condition and possible emitter blockage. Also check whether the lateral length and system layout are appropriate for the operating conditions.
